Registration Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend AUCC 2026, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers at info@aucc.co.za.
  • Cancellations received on or before 9 July 2026 will qualify for a full refund less an administrative fee of R250.Cancellations received on or before 9 July 2026 will qualify for a full refund less an administrative fee of R250.
  • Cancellations received after 9 July 2026 but before 9 August 2026 will receive a 50% refund less an administrative fee of R250.
  • Cancellations received after  9 August 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Delegates who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled in writing will be liable for the full registration fee.

Substitutions

Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the conference at no additional cost, provided the organisers are notified in writing at info@aucc.co.za.
